Customer Service

Shitty customer service from the cloth horse or whatever the name of that shitty store is on st thomas. 12 weeks after I ordered a recliner, it still hadn't been delivered, even though it was a 6-8 week lead time item. Turns out the manufacturer went out of business and the store never bothered to inform me. Further, the price was way out of sight -- as in way too high -- and my neighbor took 25% commission for just sending me to this shitty store with its high price.

So EAT IT shitty store and neighbor who tried to screw me.

I am ordering from the internet, and will buy from someone who has a good price and will not screw me.
